Hefig bananiger Beginn, wenig malzig. Wenig fruchtig, steigend malzig, würziger, wenig blumig. Rund aber etwas behäbig. In Ordnung. 10/10/9/9/11/9

Bottle(from Bodámské jezero; děkuji pěkné!): Almost clear, deep golden - surely not red or ruby - coloured, big off-white -stable&lacy - head; dried fruits, dark malt and sweet caramel in the nose, covering a delicate herbal-hoppy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and quite soft; lingering drier "woody" hoppy finish, again dominated by caramel and dried fruits. Gutes Bier…

A amber color, beige head and mild clinging lace. Aroma of caramel malt, sugar, malt, earth. Taste is the same but a mild variation.

Bouteille 33cl courtesy of and shared with Bartelbier @ BAB’14.

THX! to tderoeck & Bartlebier. 33 cl. bottle sampled @ Brugs Bier Festival 2014. BBF 11/2014. Clear orange copper, white head. Nose is old hops, touch musty, herbs, weak, feels aged. Taste is light malts, old, floral, lightly herbal, flowers, sweet candy sugar. Light bodied. Pretty weak, feels past it. Meh.

Clear light copper beer with a small white rim. Crystal, faintly toasted malts, rainwater. Sweetish taste, faintly toasted malts, hint at wheat, gingery. Very slick, medium bodied. Completely un-German, and equally un-interesting. Why did they bother? Txs to Eugene and the crew

1/II/14 - 33cl bottle @ Brugs Bierfestival - BB: XI/2014 (2014-145) Thanks to Bartlebier for sharing the bottle!
Clear orange beer, irregular off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, raw grains, bit of citrus, fruity overripe fruits, bit sweet. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: some citrus, bitter and soapy, some grains, little hoppy. Aftertaste: bit soapy, yeasty touch, some banana, bit sweet and sugary. Meh.

(bottle, 33cl, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Clear, golden to light-amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Mildly bready (cara-)malty aroma with fruity and delicately herbal-spicy hoppy notes, also a touch of black tea/Earl Grey. Quite bitter flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Initially slightly bready malty with spicy hoppy notes and a very restrained fruit-character; assertively bitter, slightly tart and medicinal finish. Drinkable Ale but not really harmonic. 19.I.14
