On tap at Bottleworks, pours black with a small tan head. Nose brings out no notice of the gin, with chocolate, light roast, and dark fruits. Flavour reveals more of the barrels, sort of bringing out a celery-like quality that is surprisingly nice, along with dark fruits, chocolate and roast. Really cohesive. I wouldn't have thought the gin would lend well to a Baltic Porter, but they nailed this. Excellent.
