This is an IPA made with Pilsner malt, Amber malt and a dash of rye malt. The amber malt gives it a nice nutty flavour and a slight toastiness. The rye adds a bit of a peppery taste. On top of this it´s hopped with Amarillo and Simcoe.
This IPA will be an excellent pairing with Indian or Mexican food.

Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2013) - Golden in colour. Grapefruit, biscuity malt and toffee in the aroma. Grapefruit, sultanas and peach in the taste.

Appearance: Clear golden color with a white head that ends up in a small layer. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Malty, fruity and grape hoppy.
Palate: Medium + body. Slightly sweet and a nice bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Malty, mild grassy, fruity and mild hoppy.
Overall impression: Nice fresh ale.

Mørk gylden med offvite skum. Humle, malt, sitrus-appelsinlukt. Smaker humle, sitrus og parfyme.... Lang fin bitterhet, medium kullsyre

On tap at Grünerløkka mat- og mikrobryggfestival. Clear deep golden to amber, with a lasting off-white head. Hoppy and fruity aroma with tropical fruits, malt, citrus and hints of pine. Some bready and lightly roasty notes too. Medium+ body with fairly average carbonation. Medium sweet with a decent bitterness. A bit different, but tasty and flavourful. Nice one!

Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy pale amber, mid sized head. Citric grapefruit aroma with breafy malt behind. Mid sweey with medium body. Grapefruit with notes of coffee and dough. Mid bitter finsih..

On tap at Akkurat. Dark amber with a small head. This was a drinkable one but a bit strange, not as hoppy as expected. Both the aroma and taste were dominated by chocolate and nougat. Also some nuts, light fruit and grass.

Hazy golden with white head. Very malty and bready nose with notes of cereal and some light fruitiness. Malty taste of popcorn, resin and some floral notes. Quite different for an IPA.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 5 July 2013) Pale amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with toast, orange and black-currant. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, toast, black-currant and a generous bitterness in the finish with hints of grapefruit and resin. Medium body, with a balanced sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Very nice.
