Bottle from Redh. Appearance - deep amber with a nicely proportioned off white head. Nose - orange and brown bread. Taste - orange going into marmalade. Then toast/biscuit follows it in. Palate - light to medium bodied. Tangy middle and finish. Decent bitterness. Overall - a solid citizen.

Cask (backlog). Hazy deep golden colour with a small head. Aroma is fruity, some floral notes with mild bready and slight toffee to it. Flavour is quite similar, with a nice wooden and grassy hoppy finish to it.

Huddersfield Beer Festival. Golden ale with a good steady but not stated fruitiness in both aroma and taste.

50cl bottle from Tesco, Camberley. Pale amber with a ring of white head; slightly stewed, malty aroma; soft and sweet in the mouth, with some tinned pineapple to start, then some lemony citrus; and a dry floral finish. A pleasant summer ale, but slightly over pasteurised.

En väldigt lätt fruktig golden ale med små drag av tropisk frukt och citrus. Men inte tillräcklligt vilket gör den lite väl tunn.
