A nice old school type American IPA. The Aromas are resin hops, onion and some pale Mall. Flavors are like nose, very lightly sweet, almost dryish, onion comes through fairly strong before turning into a long bitter finish.

2nd March 2019. Draught US Pint in the Tony Pepperoni Pizza place in Alisa Viejo, California. Clean golden amber body, wispy topping. Served very cold, so no aroma until half-way down my glass. Decent hop action going on with earthy piney notes, very few citrus esters or flavours (good!), solid malty base for some semi-sweet molasses to play with the slightly bittering hop content.

Can at Himmeriget, 10/05/18. Clear golden with a well presented off white covering. Nose is ripe citric pith, light pine, melon, orange peel, airy malts, grass. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, pine needle, grassy, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness. Solid IPA.

Can @ home shared by Caesar. Clear bright golden color, average sized white head. Aroma is malts, decently hoppy, nice light piney. Flavor has it too: malts, hops, light pine, nice piney hop bitter. Decent to medium body and carbonation.

Draught @ Beer Temple. Light hazy yellow color. Big frothy white head. Aroma's: big resin and citrus. Retronasal it's pine needles, dank hops, light citrus acidity. Flavor is rather bitter with light malty sweetness, dank. Medium bodied. Nice bitter finish.

Can @ benzai. Clear golden colour with a medium sized white head. Smells hops, fresh, nice, slightly piney. Tastes hops, some pine, some resin, nice malty backbone. Medium body, nice carbo. The world needs more of these.
