On tap at the brewpub
Clear dark mahogany with a small beige head and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malts and coffee. Flavors of roasted malts, grainy, coffee and chocolate
Nice, thin mouthfeel

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 7
Pitch black color. Light brown head. Coffee, treacles,molasses and toffee notes. Very nice. However, the body is thin and unbalanced with dark fruit and chocolate cake. Chocolately finish. Starts nice, but goes nowhere fast.
