Huge roast flavour and body. Created similarly to a traditional Irish Oatmeal Stout, this dark ale has heaps of character and will easily substitute for a full-blown meal. Received the Silver medal at Brewtopia ’98.

Light brown, bit molasses and coffee, Thin, basic maybe nutty in the finish.

Huge coffee nose with hints of dark chocolate. However, the taste is overwhelmingly malt and overwhelmingly strong coffee. The coffee taste simply is waaaaaaaaayyyy too much and the beer comes off tasting like cold carbonated Turkish coffee. BLAH!
