Poured from 473mL can. Clear gold with white head. Cereal malt, very feint honey note, fairly clean, okay cream ale.

473ml can. Pours a clear gold-amber with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Mild, sweet aroma of grainy pale malt, honey and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready pale malt, honey and grassy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Clean, easy drinking and refreshing, but a little boring.

On tap at Mt Begbie, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out cereal malt, straw and a touch of sweetness. Flavour is clean and fresh, with sweet cereal malt and straw. Simple and clean, but forgettable.

This thing looks like a lager with barely any head and bright copper body. Smells of rotting cabbage and sugar. Flavour is fermented frosted flakes and cream of wheat. Cloying finish. I can't believe how bad this is, I sure hope it isn't skunked as it was bought in a local liquor store. The whole thing just seems off.

Tap at last drop Revelstoke. Pale golden, low offwhite head. Straw malt and pleasant cookie dough notes, restained hops. Medium light creamy (yes really) body. Mellow finish. A few citric hops in this and it would be a really great little brew.

Draught at Tap & Barrel, Coal Harbour, Vancouver
Cloudy light amber color with creamy head. Quite delicate, with light honey impression; smooth and dry mouthfeel; less "creamy" than other cream ales though. Ordinary bitterness.
Clean, but a bit boring, like the style.

An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, while the flavor plainly is sweet malty, with a dry end.

(Bottle 65 cl) Very pretty, clear amber with a vaguely off-white head. Aroma of malt and caramel. Very soft and smooth mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with fruity notes and some caramel malt. Lightly hoppy, dry finish. Not exactly a "big" beer, but incredibly pleasant. Thanks to presario for this. 010506
