Bottle at home, hazy golden beer, small head. Aroma is malt, sweet, fruit, light yeast, some saison peppey yeast. Taste is the same, light, malt, sweet, fruit, yeast, lemon. nice one

On tap at Cafe Frappe Maastricht. Haze pale gold colour lasting white head. Good standard saison quite light in mouth but good saison yeast presence. Lots of lemon good. Good saison aroma. Good refreshing beee.

Sampled @ ZBF 15. Slightly unclear yellow color, medium sized white head that lasts for quite a while. Smell and taste wheat, yeast, citrussy and orangepeel with a nice soft bitterness in the finish. Decent body and carbonation. Quite refreshing.

Sampled @ Zyhos Bierfestival 2015 Trübe strohgelbe Farbe, mittelgroße weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch deutlich hopfig, Getreide, süß. Geschmack hopfig, malzig, leicht bitter.

Frischer, angenehm kräuterartiger Antrunk. Wenig, später steigend bitter, zum Ende trocken werdend. Insgesamt gelungen. 11/10/9/10//10

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, toasted. Phenolic, light estery and grassy. Bitter and dry hoppy finish.

Sampled at Bierweekend de Lambiekstoempers 2014 . Poured out of a clear bottle - WHY ??? Pours unclear yellow , small white head . Smell is fruity , bit sweet, some grains , bit bitter . Taste is bit sweet , dry, some apples , some yeast . Bit bitter, very nice . I like this combo of sweet VS saison

75 cl. clear white glass, swing-top sampled @ Streekbierweekend 2014. thx! for sharing people. Hazy citrus, small stable white head. Lemony nose, fruit, spices, light lacto-like note,… Lightly lactic taste, esters, bitter floral, apple, yeasty, touch sweet,… Bit effervescent body. Nice albeit somewhat one-note.

3/V/14 - 75cl swing top bottle from @ ThirstyBird's place - brewed: 30/XII/13, bottled: 19/II/14 (2014-474)
Little cloudy pale beige beer, huge creamy solid white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of citrus, very spicy, cloves and coriander notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter tart, grassy, quite some citrus, spicy yeast, coriander, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: citrus, grapefruit, very bitter, fruity notes, bit metallic, grassy, spicy touch. Very interesting that there has been no spices used at all, so all the spicy saison character comes from the yeast.
