(Draft at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 19 Sep 2025) Amber colour with frothy, tan head. Hoppy, fruity nose with notes of apricots, orange peel, toast and caramel. Fruity, hoppy taste with orange peel, apricot marmalade, resin, caramel, bread and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Well made and hoppy "old school" IPA with a good malt backbone. Very nice.

Bottle at home. Clear dark golden color, full sized white to off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, hops, nicely hoppy bitter. Alright.

Draught Very good, lightly yellowish head over darker orange-ochre, veiled beer. Rings of lace. Fresh hop, dry hopbales, straw, whiff of solvent. Bitter, orange- or grapefruitpeel. Warming up, the orange flavour gets some orangesweetness. Again straw. Medium bodied, slightly thinnish impression; medium carbonation. Quite decent, but not outstanding.

On tap at the Brugge Beer Festival 2024, Brugge, Belgium. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a huge off white head on top. Sweet, hoppy, fruity, caramel taste/aroma. Bittersweet Belgian IPA.

Roodbruin bier met veel schuim wat direct uit de fles omhoog komt. Smaak is bitterzoet en kruidig met iets van zoethout, wat karamel en abrikoos.

Bottle at home, amber beer, small head. Aroma is citrus, hops, malt, fruit, caramel. Taste is the same, sweet, bitter, tropical fruit, honey, long bitter dry aftertaste, very nice.
