Bottle 750 ml, courtesy of Eric. Shared with him and Miro B at Cellar above ground. Cloudy reddish orange, short lasting white head. Nice subtle, smooth profile, some barrel, blueberries. Juicy.

Bottle from Etre. Clear red with fizzy white head. Barnyard, red berries, vinegar, some herbs, pencil shavings. Quite sharp. Blueberry comes forward as you exhale after tasting.

375ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Dec 22. Picked up at Harbour Brewery. Hazed reddish amber, small white head. Vibrant wild sour profile, moderate funk with blueberries come through nicely, light vinous touches.. excellent age to it, but sense it would continue to develop well for a number of years.

Small, pinkish head, irregular, fast gone over veiled red to terra-cotta beer. Sharpish barnyard & red berries' nose. Outspoken vinous character and aroma's. Vinous in flavour as well, with a sharp fruitacid & lactic ending. Honeyish, blossomy, but all sugars consumed. Watered fresh berry jam, redcurrant. Light body, feel is almost watery, as enhanced by acidthinning & spritzy carbonation.Very good fruitbeer. Maybe the flavours might be more bold, more explosive. Not easy with blueberries, but not impossible.

Bottle from Hoptimism. Initial sweet musty Blueberry aroma, before it becomes more vinous and earthy. Although the sweetness remains in the underflow. Ruby coloured, with a gold tinge. Foamy white head dies away in seconds. The flava caught me unawares. Sour with sweet and dry Blueberry. However the sourness then intensifies and a real tartness comes through. Mouth like a cat's bum time. Fruity and vinous. Underlying hints of sweetness. Medium bodied. It's probably slick but has a sedimentary mouthfeel and it's the dryness that really makes its mark, alongside average carbonation. Nice enough. Possibly too dry, I'd like more Blueberry juice.

Bottle from the Harbour brewery online shop. Pours hazy red with a thin pink-tinged head. Aromas of sour funk and berries. Taste has berry, vanilla, faint oak. Dry, sherbety finish.
