3 Fonteinen Hommage is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries and raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of 760 to 800 grams of raspberries and 200 to 240 grams of sour cherries per litre of lambic. This fruit lambic is then blended again with more lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit. Hommage is a bodied raspberry lambic beer, with an intense deep red forest fruit bouquet. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artificial juices, syrups, or sugars added.

Bottle at THT. Hazy amber with not much head. Juicy rusty picking fruit. Raw berries. Medium body and soft carbonation. Juicy, sour, grainy, raspberry. Rough bit raging. I likes it.

Bottle at THT July. Hazy dull pink with fizzy vrry light pink head. Raspberry, deep funk, wheat, sour cherries, co2, light mineral, dry herbal funk. Medium sour, lighr sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Bottle, 750 ml (season 18 - 19) Blend No. 110 courtesy of Miro B. Shared with him, Miro and Max. Red with white head. Funk, berries, cherries, juicy, dry finish. High carbonation, bit too much. Medium+ sourness. Nice one, but high carbonation makes it not so easy to drink. 9/4/8/4/17 - 4.2

Super tart, funky back, strong raspberry on on the nose with a slight bitterness on the finish. May do better with some time
