Very hazy gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and crisp. Minerals. Very light malt, a thin smear of cream. Fresh yellow grapefruit blends well with dry seltzer and floralness. Whisper of tropical fruits. Finishes dry and crisp with pithy bitterness. Good stuff, well flavoured for its abv.

Keg at Mother Kellyโ€™s, 27/06/14. Hazed golden with a moderate off white covering that stays for the show, good lacing ensues. Nose is juicy hops, mango, citric pithdom, apricot, light bread dough. Taste comprises grapefruit, sticky mango, juicy hop rinse, straw, light pine cloak, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, good dose of hop bitterness in the close. Solid SIPA, lots of juicy citricana packed into just 3% ABV !

Bottle at home in London - picked up at Kris Wines. Itโ€™s a bit of a slow gusher. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a large, creamy white head. The nose has some nice, pithy citrus, stones, peach, pine. Light sweet flavor with oily pine, pale bread, light grass, minerals, dry citrus, stone fruits. Light bodied with fine to average, massaging carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish with up-front piney hops, cleansing minerals, pithy grapefruit, tangerine, a bit of earth and grass. Nice stuff. Quite a bit of character packed in here considering the ABV. Solid.
