Nothing better than a beer after a good bike ride! We designed this isotonic ale for maximum replenishing drinkability. it is low in alcohol, slightly sour and made isotonic with the addition of NaCl. The yeast and hops give the beer lovely fruity flavours. For the 2020 edition of Where the Streets Have No Name cycling event we remade this beer, the 2.0 edition has a tweaked isotonic profile and a different hop profile. You tell us if we succeeded in making a proper #bicyclebeer.
