440ml can from Middle Farm, Firle. Poured almost black in colour with a mostly lasting frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty, chocolate and coffee. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a silky smooth, rich, roasty, sweet chocolate, nutty, milky, liquorice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Аромат отличный и очень сбалансированный, немного кофе с шоколадом, затем сладлость от ванили и крема, лактоза на месте и в меру, и все это в орехах, возможно немного нуги. Цвет черный, пенка хорошая, кофейная. Вкус очень сбалансированный и кайфовый. Снова шоколад и немного кофе, затем сладость от крема и лактозы, ваниль и орехи при глотке. Can from EeBria. Pours black with moderate sized slightly fizzy beige head. Aroma of sweetness, lactose, light roast, chocolate, nuts, vanilla. Taste of sweet vanilla and lactose, nuts, chocolate, confected strawberry, light roast. Creamy body, moderate fine carbonation. Sweet and rich dessert beer. Flavoursome.

Mørk brun med lys brunt skum. Lukter nøtter, mørke maltdrops og noe kaffe. Middels fylde. Smaker maltekstrakt, nøtter, vanilje og kaffe. Middels lang.

Mørk brun med lys brunt skum. Lukter veldig av nøtter. Også sjokolade. Smooth. Smaker kaffe og kakao. Nøtter kommer igjen i ettersmaken.

Keg draught at the Real Ale Classroom, City Centre, Leicester. Very dark brown with a small layer of khaki/tan head. Nutty, chocolate aroma. The hazelnut really stands out here. Tastes sweet, but odd and kind of artificial. I'm getting hazelnut and cola. Gets better as I drink but it's not quite gelling for me. The body's medium with heavy carbonation. Good enough but maybe not one I'd have again.
