Can from lowcostbeer, consumed 12 months past BBE. Pours a dark amber-brown, small beige head which fades quite quickly. Aroma of toffee, nuts, coffee, dark chocolate. Taste starts with sweet malts and caramel then nuts and chocolate and a light toastiness and moderate bitterness. Very nice indeed.

Can from a friend. Thanks Marc! Pours a clearish amber, copper with a finger of off-white foam that lingers. Caramel, toasted malt, fig and light smoke on the nose. Palate is similar with toasted malt, smoke and light notes of apple. Drying finish that is fairly balanced. Enjoyable brown.

l2 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a crystal clear dark mahogany color with a small beige head and decent retention. Almost no lacing. Dark malt aroma. The taste is mostly smokey roasted malt with a little caramel and limited nutty brown ale flavor. Thin body for a brown ale. Medium- carbonation. Smooth and clean. It's kind of a weak brown ale, but a good roasted dark lager.

12 fl. oz. can from Craft Beer Kontor, Hannover. A nice dark red brown in the glass, think it´s clear, with a more one finger pale beige head. Pleasant choco malty smell. Taste is also choco, malty, hints of fruits, some sweetness, lactose. Smooth. Low sweetness. Low carbonated. Nice.
