Bottle from the Square Orange Cafe, Keswick. Very light yellow, clear with a large loose white head. Sweet spice (I get clove although it's not one of the additions), soft citrus and a touch of elderflower. The taste is sweet and spicy with a light sourness to the finish. Ground coriander abounds in the aftertaste. Heavily carbonated. So-so.

Bottle from @Rheged. Appearance - hazy orange. Thin head. Nose - light orange and spice. Taste - more of the same really. Big ginger note builds through the bottle. Palate - light bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - fairly authentic example of the style apart from ginger note.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of straw, spices, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of nutmeg, coriander, oranges, and malt, leading to a dry spicy finish. A bit overboard for me.
