Bottle from St Peters Brewery Shop, South Elmham. Clear lighter golden with an extremely light carbonation and a very thin head. Citrus notes are evident but do not make it a particularly flavoursome brew, not is that active in its lager characteristics either. However, its a crisp and palatable effort.

12/11/2020. Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear pale golden with a fluffy white head. Aroma of grain, malt, citrus, straw. Medium sweetness and some developing bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Perfectly acceptable Pilsner.
