Bottle bought - indirectly - from the brewery. Pours clear pale yellow with a lasting, thick, frothy, white head. Aroma of cheese with some fruit next to it, flowers, soap, yeast, white grape, champagne, apple peel, young banana. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of apple, flowers, a bit estery with a bready-yeasty-cheesy character, spicy bitterness underneath hinting at grass, pepper & grapes, leading to a dry, grassy hoppy finish where yeast & warming champagne-like alcohol linger. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Correct, nothing more.

13/XII/14 - 75cl bottle @ Dijleschuimers Bierproeffestival (Kessel-Lo) - BB: n/a (2014-1507) Thanks to the Antwerp Zythos crew and others for sharing beers at the table!
Clear blond beer, creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very yeasty, rubbery, bit chemical, paint thinner, bad stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet malty start, some almonds, pretty chemical, seriously off. Aftertaste: yeasty, bit chemical, sugary, overripe banana. Nope, this is a drain pour.

75 cl. bottle sampled @ Kerstbierfestival Essen 2013. Sediment heavy sample. Murky orange with a grey / white head. Nose is heavy on yeast, touch mouldy yeast, lots of overripe fruits, sugar sweet. Fruity taste, touch mouldy excess of yeast, overripe fruits, candy sugar sweet, plenty of malt. Yeasty mouthfeel. Okay, enjoyable but pretty standard fare for the style.

Sampled @ Kerstbierfestival Essen 2013. Hazy opaque yellow color, small white head. Aroma is malts and sweetness. Taste lightly malts, sweetness, lightly fruity, floral. Fizzy carbonation, decent body.
