Fat på Kapitelhuset . Här har vi typiska brod toner, lätt rostad malt , lite knäck . God men tyvär sänks ölen i omdöme då sjukt mycket kolsyra tar bort mycket av smaken . Trisst

Flaska från Hopt. Något murky rostbrun med smutsbeige krona. Maltig grund med kola, toffee och saltkaramell med inslag av råg, kanderade apelsinskal och kryddig beska.

Tasty, hazy, but clean. Nice use of a belgian type yeast, with perhaps a slight spice. But it is warming, yet not too boozy. online saveur bier

Flaska från hopt.se. Brungul lätt disig vätska. Kolaremmar, karamell och bröstkaramell. Stor kropp med väl dold alkohol men en liten vass kant. Annars snygg med liten fruktighet med röda äpplen. Gott ned lagringspotential.

Aroma has sweet malt and toffee. Flavour has harsh malt, some toffee, some minerals and caramel. Straightforward. Imperial brown? A (British) barley wine, I’d say.

330ml bottle. Earthy, dry and malty with some hints of berries, toffee, syrup and stuffy notes. Decent, a bit unbalanced.

Cette Oppigards double winter ale mérite à coup sûr son certificat de bière d'hiver. Avec ses 10 % Abv et son sucre (trop présent) et vous réchauffe assurément. Elle est cependant doublement décevante décevante à la fois par sa structure et par sa ligne aromatique pas assez riche et sans beaucoup de variation. En verre nous sommes sur un brun légèrement troublé (EBC aux environs de 39), sans mousse et sans extase. Le nez est très peu développé. Cela à la fois surprend et déçoit. On y décèle des légères notes de caramel, d'épices ou de fruits confis....mais que cela est faiblard. L'attaque n'est pas plus rassurante, peu aromatique, légèrement sur le caramel. L'envolée est par contre franche en seconde bouche. L'alcool est avec 10 % Abv est franc mais contenu par un sucre bien présent. Côté arôme, on reste sur sa soif, caramel, orange confites, pointe d'épices. Rien d'extraordinaire. L'utilisation de 3 houblons (centennial, cascade, chinook) n'est pas convaincante. L'arrière bouche peu ample, est peu intéressante également. Le final, un peu court est avant tout liquoreux. Réchauffé vous le serez donc, mais sans véritable plaisir.
