Bottle from Braustelle, Koln, Germany, purchased Friday 28th March 2014 consumed at home Wednesday 2nd April 2014 Pours hazy murky pinky/pale red with a large fluffy white head. Some red berries in the mouth, sour and lightly acidic with a goodly tang. Fruity and with maybe a little saltiness, refreshing, nice beer. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.4

33 cl. bottle @ Braustelle. Man, a Gose made with Hibiscus in Germany, I love this place. Pours a hazy reddish pink with a bright pink head. Nose is chockfull of raspberries, very fruity, some berries with some flowers, absolutely lovely. Taste is faintly funky, touch fermenting raspberries & red berries, flowers, light cranberry etc. light herbs, light wheat & citrus, faint cherries. Lively body. Lovely brew.

Draft. Freigeist Hibiskus. Mahogony beer with a cream head. Light floral and light spice aroma. Malt and light tart flavor with light floral notes and light caramel. Medium bodied. Malt/caramel lingers with light tartness and light floral notes.

Sampled at Braukunst Live 2013. Straw wheaty aroma, light fruit. Murky red orange, white lace. Straw malt base, restrained sourness. Chewy, dry. Salty metallic fruit finish. Needs more time I think.

From tap. Pours hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma is estery, fruity and light peachy. Citrix, fruity and sourish. Peppery. Mild Citrix and lingering fruity to mild citric finish. Lingering grapefruity and mellow estery finish. Citrix.
