Not often I says YUMMI to a beer with strawberries. But this one was YUMMI Cloudy red in the glass with a fine head Pleasant intensity in the aroma Balanced sweetness and acidity Also a fine carbonation level that made it easy to drink Strawberry, vanilla and lactose in the flavor [Can at Brygg in Oslo, Norway]

Can from Deconinck. Pours hazy red with a thin, pink head. Strong aroma of strawberry pie, strawberry ice cream, 'carré confiture', smoothie, wheat, red yoghurt, raspberries, cookie. Taste has sweet-sour strawberry & raspberry wrapped in thick doughy & yoghurty malts with an edge of vanilla, bit wheaty & subtly lemony. Tart, red fruity finish, almost no hops, retronasal bread & wheat. Medium body, slick-fluffy texture, soft carbonation. Pushing the BW style to the maximum - love it!

Brewski Strawberry Pie 4% Berliner Weiss with strawberries, raspberries, lemon & vanilla I paired this with an awesome berry tart from jouir in Kyoto Isetan that was simply decadent and together they were amazing. Brewski excel at these pastry weisses and this salmon colored beauty with pink foam had a berry pastry tart sweet aroma fresh baked with vanilla. The tart flavor featured sweet vanilla flaky pastry notes and acidic berries. Simply delicious.

Cloudy pinkish to purple beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, vanilla, jam, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, cookie doubt, vanilla, strawberry jam, bit sweet and sugary. Aftertaste: some lactose, lemony, fruity, strawberry, hint of cinnamon, fruity, nice stuff.
