On tap at the brewpub 30/09/09. Pale, cloudy yellow with no head. Tonnes of sweet apple character and a touch of dryness in the finish. Strange, but oddly drinkable.

Draught @ Brewpub Hops & Barley, Wühlischstr 22-23, Friedrichshain, 10245 Berlin, Germany.Unclear hazy medium yellow - white color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour apple, barnyard - leaather, acidic citrus, rubber. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration. Fresh and with a dry finish. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090919]

Tap. Very cloudy and opaque pale golden with a small, white head - mostly reminds me of a Belgian wit. Lightly tart but clean apple aroma. Has a light and pleasantly bubbly mouthfeel.. Sweetish apple acents and a vague, underlying tartness. Fresh. 070109

Draft. An unclear light golden cider with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet apply with a light acidity - very fresh. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and a light acidity, leading to a dry and slightly tart finish. The body is thin.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy to just cloudy yellow with a fully diminished white head. Harsh earthy and vinegar aroma, light acidic apple touch. Solid citric to acidic flavour. Distinct vinegar base flavour. Strange. Ends sharp and acidic.
