Bottle. Clear, straw yellow body with practically no head and low carbonation. Weak aroma of apples and sulphate. Flavor is weak apples with hint of sulphate, not very sweet, low acidity. Thin and watery body with short aftertaste. Uninspired and boring cider.

330 ml clear screwcap bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Certified organic. Contains sulphites. Very pale and clear golden-greenish colour, pours moderately sparkling, no head. Aroma of cider apples and sweet dessert apples, hints of sulphites. Very moderate carbonaion in the mouth. Slightly dry flavour, maybe a little watery, notes of cider apples and sulphites.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pours clear very pale yellow. Aroma is green apples, leaves, floral. Body is medium, rather sweet, green apple acidity and sourness. Crisp carbonation. Sweet palate, leveraged by carbonation. Good, but a bit too sweet.
