0.50l bottle, courtesy of Elvis. Aroma of caramel, flowers, grass and dandelion syrup. Pours clear amber brown color with thin creamy cappuccino-like head and average visible carbonation. Taste starts medium sweet caramelly and dried fruity, following is grassy, earthy and toasted malty, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. 0.5 l bottle thanks to Zoki and the Novi Sad Homebrew Club. Dark amber, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, nutty. Flavour is sweet, sugary, lots of caramel, some brown bread. Soft, light, sweet finish.

Brown with a frothy white head. Toasted grain aroma. Faint chocolate. Taste is toasted bitter throughout. Light side of medium. Faint water at finish. Not bad.

On tap at Zum Franziskaner, Munich. Dark ruby colour. Small head. Toffee and nuts flavour. Light to medium carbo.

Ok. This rating is for the old Miller Lowerbrau dark. I really miss that beer. It was one of my favorite beers from my school days. I know some people didn’t like it because it had corn in it, but it actually was a great tasting beer. What I remember about it was it had the best aftertaste of any beer of the day and it actually got better the more one would drink. I know it will never happen but I wish there was some way of trying it one more time.

Аромат не слишком хороший. Чересчур горьковат и остр на угольно-жареные нотки. Цвет темного лагера, обычный. Вкус питкий, не особо сильный но хороший для темный лагера. Немного карамели, жженки и солода. Меня порадовало. Хотя многие возможно предпочтут классический золотистый лагер.
