The 3 hop varieties selected come from 3 different continents and bring a large variety of flavors directly linked to the characteristics of the land of those countries:
United States (Chinook)
New-Zealand (Wai-ti)
France (Aramis).
The declinations of Torpah, 30 – 60 – 90, refer directly to the IBU (bitterness index) present in each of those beers. This induces you to taste them all to see the progressive intensity of the bitterness and the work that has been achieved around each hop.

Bottle at home. Aroma of sweetish fruits, peppery yeast, big floral character, malt, muted floral hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Body is medium. Less crisp bitter than the 30 but more floral aromatic and with more depth. Well-balanced. Quite enjoyable.

Bière 33 cl. Blonde classique avec une dominante de malt Pilsen, belle amertume mais pas très subtile ni complexe, un peu aqueuse. Pas tout à fait mon style mais sympa quand même.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is creamy Belgian yeast, gluey, toffee caramel malt. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, fresh, maly, yeasty, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
