The 3 hop varieties selected come from 3 different continents and bring a large variety of flavors directly linked to the characteristics of the land of those countries:
United States (Chinook)
New-Zealand (Wai-ti)
France (Aramis).
The declinations of Torpah, 30 – 60 – 90, refer directly to the IBU (bitterness index) present in each of those beers. This induces you to taste them all to see the progressive intensity of the bitterness and the work that has been achieved around each hop.

12oz bottle at La Broncade, pours a mostly clear gold with some sticky, white head. Nose has some honey and malt, lemon and orange, vinous, soapy. Flavor is solid, bitter, gristy, lemon, floral tea, a little chamomile. Finishes lightly bitter, lightly slick. Drinkable.

Bottle from a Delhaize in Bruges. Pours hazy dark yellow with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma contains (bitter) hops, grapefruit, hay, yeast, herbs & spices. It tastes light flowery sweet and medium to heavy hoppy bitter; the finish is dry, hoppy and herbal. Medium body, slick texture, soft to fizzy carbonation. Better than its brother, 30, more spices to savour than yeast.
