Thnx to Kurt ! Pours bit unclear blonde, small but rather stable white head. Smell is bit malty. taste is strong malty, bit spiced as well ( why? )like lemongrass.. perhaps this is the aroma of the Lemon Drop ?? Too bitter and hoppy for the style, yet they weren't aiming for a style example I suppose. OK.

Keg at the Arcade Tavern, Ipswich. Pours golden with a good sized white head. Aroma of hop, light floral, touch of golden syrup and corn. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Light to medium body and slight oily texture, carbonation is soft. Compares very favourably with authentic Koln Kolsch.
