Himbaer Toni is a reddish-brown wheat beer with warm, complex notes of ripe raspberries and forest honey. Sip by sip he presents himself super tasty and leaves a pleasantly spicy mouthfeel that makes you want more. Our first special is currently only available to a limited extent.

01-04-17 // sampled at CRAFT Frankfurt 2017. Not really a Dunkelweizen, brewed with Red Wheat so a mix between Hell and Dunkel. Murky orange beer, solid head. Tastes sweet malty with hints of rasperry in the finish.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Trübes orange goldenes Bier. Geruch nach dezent süßen Himbeeren, Joghurt. Geschmack süß malzig, Himbeeren, Karamell.

Fruchtiger Geruch nach reifer Himbeere. Hefiger Beginn, kurzzeitig bananig, dann zunehmend nach Himbeere. Weich, geringe Süße, minimal bitter. Trockener mittellanger Nachhall. 10/10/9/9//9

Hazy orange color with small white head. Aroma is touch of raspberries, buttery, pale malts, even a bit starchy. Taste is buttery, starch, a bit hoppy, touch of raspberries maybe. Low carbonation, full-bodied. Just ok.
