A Helles with a difference: Our unfiltered light one (slight cloudiness) is refined with fine hops and thus receives fresh, fruity aromas of grapefruit, fresh passion fruit, gooseberry and spicy notes. The flavors are a natural ingredient in hops and would normally be lost when cooking. That is why they are only added in the so-called cold hop and can transfer the aroma to the beer during storage for several weeks.

330 ml bottle. Unclear golden, big foamy head. Floral notes, tangerine, pale biscuit malt, citrus, hay. Mild bitterness, light malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, mild dry bitter finish. Good.

Gold with a creamy white head. Lemon peel and herbal aroma. Taste is bittersweet to mildly bitter with a hint of tartness that strengthens at the finish, which is otherwise grainy and dry, albeit with just a touch of bubblegum that comes out of nowhere. Medium body, moderate carbonation, a light warmth but still refreshing enough. Quite good for the style.

Clear pale yellow beer, huge creamy white head, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit grassy, some yeast, herbal touch, malty, some grains. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, malty, grains, little floral. Aftertaste: little malty, grains, floral, hoppy touch.

On tap at Braukunst Live. Slightly hazy pale golden with a lasting white head. Crisp and bright hoppy aroma with citrus notes. Sweetish malty flavour with fruity notes and a light bitter finish.

Bottle, 5.1%. Mild fruity hop aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Small stable frothy white head. The flavour is quite malty, slightly hop-teaish, worty and bready. Mild bitterness. A good flavourful Helles.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with estery notes and touches of hops. Sweetish, fruity flavour with pronounced nites of yeast and hints of malt, as well as bitter, hoppy touches. Estery afteraste with mildly bitter and acidic hints. Not bad for the style.

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, straw, sweet malt ,pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass, silage, light vegetables. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, malt sweet, pale malt, grain, sweet malt, light cardboard. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20171111] 5-3-6-3-12

0,33 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Murky golden with a one finger white head. Intensive floral hopy smell for a Helles. Taste ist fresh floral hopy, fruity, some pine and citrus. Dry palate in the middle section. Thins a little bit out to the end. Nice.
