Bottle. Aroma fruity, evoking rather hops than actual mango. Otherwise traditional spicing present. Only light haze. Taste heavily hoppy, fruity, traditional flavours are in the background. Long dry bitter finish. Good for hop lovers, poor wit execution, unharmonic.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, grass, straw, citrus, coriander malt and hops.

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 16A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unknown. AROMA: moderate tropical fruits aroma with notes of mango, Orange and with a faint sweet wheat background. APPEARANCE: pale gold color and slightly hazy. average moussy head with good retention. TASTE: citrusy flavours with notes of orange and coriander. floral hop notes combined with faint mango. high bitterness that lingers well beyond a dry finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an interesting reconstruction with excessive bitterness that imparts its refreshing power, characteristic of a wit.

Bottle. Golden - orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is hop, wheat, citrus, o0range. Flavour is hop, wheat, citrus, orange, grapefruit, tropical fruit, yeast, orange. Medium body. OK beer.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish golden colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy aroma, notes of mango, passion fruit. Taste is bitter hoppy, slightly citrusy, hints of mango, a funky touch. Nice, but doesn’t really meet the (classic) style.

Tap @ C4, Odense. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy head. Fresh hops, mild wheat, no esters and fruit. Crisp and dry. My type of witbier!

Flaske 330ml fra ICA Stakkevollan. Lys gyldengul. Høyt veldig luftig skinnende hvitt skum. Litt lacing. God aroma av frukt. Fersken. Smaken mer fersken - selv om etiketten påstår at det er mango & appelsinskall. Litt tynn men en innholdsrik & god tørsteslukker. Avslutter syrlig & tørt. Veldig bra ut fra styrken.

Pour gold with a large mousse-like head.Nose shows orange peel, spicy hops, grassy notes and grapefruit.Flavours include more spicy, grassy and hearbal hops along with a biscuity malt note. A little orange shows through.Carbonation is much too high.
