A decent Bavarian Weizen. Has the traditional aroma and for the most part the flavors although with the texture being a bit soft, the flavor’s affected by that too.

On tap at that beer mecca called the Frankfurt Airport. Beautiful foamy head and foggy orange body. Strong fruits on the nosr, peach, orange. Good refreshing wheat flavour with citrus hints and slight grain notes. Maybe nothing unique but very well made.

Bottle from Cambridge Wine Merchants, Bridge Street. Dark gold, cloudy. Sourdough and lemon on the reserved aroma. Sweet yeasty taste with a slight funky tartness. Surprisingly short finish. Not one of my favourite hefeweizens but drinkable enough.

33cl Bottle from Mitra Tiel. Murky deep golden colour, off-white head. Aroma of butter, banana, light citrus, yeast, wheat. Flavour is light tart, wheat, yeast, banana, light spicy, hint of raw wheat, bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Decent Hefeweizen.
