Draft @ Brewdog Brussels. Pourpre, col fin rosé. Arôme au nez de cerise avec pas mal de funk, peau de cerise - citrique en rétro. Fruits rouges. Palais prend pas mal de punch de funk et de note aigre de la cerise, le tout sur une effervescence assez haute, le tout est râpeux en fin de bouche. Acidité fort marquée, le tout est rafraichissant avec un fini citrique qui perdure.

10 August 2019. At Belgian Beer Geek Tasting. Cheers to the crew, thanks for hosting, Tim! Hazy red, quickly thinning, pinkish head. Aroma of sour cherry, cranberry, redcurrant, unripe strawberry, lemon peel. Taste is medium fruity sour, notes of redcurrant & cherries, sweetish jam that is strawberry-like; wheaty & lemony edge; a tad bitter. Dry, tart finish, lingering red fruit & jam, slightly tannic. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Less impressive than you'd expect but it does the job.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2019. Pours a hazy peach with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some sweet and tart cherry with earthy grain and wheat backing. Flavor has a sweet cherry with a light tartness and a bit of sweet grain backing.

Clear to little cloudy red beer, small creamy off-whtie head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit metallic, chlorine, bit funky, bit dirty, some urine. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic, lots of lemon juice, funky, weird, fruity. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, herbal notes, green herbs, bit funky, bit medicinal, meh.

Clear rusty red brown beer, no head. Aroma: sulphur, acidic, vinegar, dry, sourish, funky, very metallic. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots of cherries, vinegar, lemon juice. Aftertaste: pretty metallic, bit weird and funky, very acidic, chemical.
