ABV: 5.2%. Murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy - fruity, guava, grapefruit, passion fruit, guava - citrus - lime. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, guava, passion fruit, citrus - lime. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191010]

Can shared at CBJ - cheers to Cloin. Pours foggy gold with a small, foamy white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with mellow acidity, notes of guava, lemon, passion fruit, a little salt. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, tart, quenching. Refreshing beer.

18th October 2023 Bottle share at CBJ. Thanks to Cloin for the can. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Tangy and sourish fruits. Multi layered fruits. The tartness grates and overrides the overall character of the beer. Meh!

Cloudy yellow, white foam. Big smell of lime. Taste is fairly sweet, with a lot of fruity yoghurt. Lime up front, passion fruit is subtly there, guava smoothly in the back. Nicely refreshing, yet minimal tartness, and lightly salty. Pretty damn tasty!

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy yellow. Passion fruit, guava, lacto, yogurt, sourish and a bit sweetish, some salt.

440ml can. Slightly hazy orange, white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, guava, passionfruit. Taste is massive juicy tropical fruits, guava, passionfruit, really sharp sour lime and salt in the finish, touch of lactose. Medium body and carbonation. Beautiful fruited Gose.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow, white head. Fruity, guava, lime, tropical, some sweetness, medium sourness. Interesting. Smooth. Medium bodied.
