Flaska. Påminner en hel del om de La Sennes öl. Lite torrhet och estrar från jästen. Och på det massor av amerikansk humle. Törstsläckande och lagom intressant.

Flaska från SB. Ljusgul disig vätska med högt vitt skum. Jästen sätter verkligen karaktär. Druvor, fläder, örter, lite jordkällare, klorofyll men också lite frukt som kiwi och blek ananas. Lätt och kristpig. Trevlig

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Lightly hazy golden, mid sized, firm head. Aroma of elderflowers, kiwi fruit and white grapes. Dry and quite slender, with crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Marzipan and white grapes, citrus and gooseberry. Mid bitter finish. Elegant and enjoyable.
