Bottle: Poured a light red color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of elderflower notes with some fruit Brett notes is quite nice. Taste is also amic of funky fruity Brett notes with some elderflower notes and a somewhat dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid mix of funky Brett notes with some elderflower. Good rinkbaility with the right amount of complexities.

Tasting at Matt's
The bottle is a gusher. Cloudy blond colour, poor head retention. It doesn't smell right, it reminds me of the many infected French beers from the last decade and earlier; touch of smoke; metallic. Overly carbonated, dry, sharp, a bit metallic.
Clearly infected, not very good.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of the elderflower, with gentle funk, and some rustic farmhouse notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with gentle funk, elderflower, and some rustic notes. I like the elderflower here, which melds well with the farmhouse notes. Not bad.

Nice light funk. Cloudy yellow gold with a decent white head. Light pepper and a touch of funk.

Hazy. Not much head. Fairly floral aroma with I would say some sort of soft fruity notes, maybe phenols. Nice - the malts are a bit underdeveloped, maybe a bit yeasty, but nice floral notes. Almost honeyish in the finish.
