Bottled (BB 05/2010, One Pint Pub). Hazy orange color, small steady white head, lace. Sticky honeyish, yeasty nose. Yeasty-grainy flavor, a bit citrusy, some alcohol, pear. Foamy mouthfeel.

(Bottle at One Pint Pub Belgian weeks -- shared with Sinensis and hkkl, thanks!) Hazy and golde. Small white head. Sweetness and vegetables in aroma. Full bodied and dry palate with medium carbonation. Malts, saltiness, sweetness, some sulphur, bitterness and some liquorice in taste. Sweet and malty aftertaste.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, light to moderate hoppy, sweet orange - grapefruit, moderate to light heavy yeasty, sharp, coriander notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20081021]

Bottle, 7%. Sweet and spicy aroma, some raisin. Cloudy orange colour, big stable white head. High carbonation. The flavour is quite spicy and nice, unfortunately a bit dry. A little more sweetness would have made much more interesting to me.

33 cL bottle. Pours golden orange and hazy with a huge, white and slowly collapsing head. Mild orange fruity and yeasty aroma. Flavour is sweet caramel malt and light yeasty. Holds a smooth yeasty finish with a light lingering spice note. A bit too dry and too simple.

Pale orange, hazy; slim white ring with some lace. Sweet nose, candi sugar, spicey-peppery. Very sweet taste, lots of coriander, bit soupy. Medium-bodied. Beer is virtually devoid of aftertaste. Made perfectly, more than reasonable aroma, bland boring taste. I wonder if they want to start concurrence the big brewers now, at De Proef. Rerated 9/10/04 Much better impression - especially impressed by the balance of this beer. Balance between hops, malts, orange zeste flavour is great. I have added some points on taste and overall. Brewed for the village Kluizen near Ertvelde
