Kräftig-süßer alkoholfreier Malztrunk, naturtrüb.
Genuss ganz ohne Alkohol: Dunkel bernsteinfarben und bedeckt von einem leichten Schaum präsentiert sich dieser alkoholfreie Malztrunk im Glas. Er duftet nach Sommergetreide und Karamell. Der Geschmack ist malzig und dank Agavensirup angenehm süß.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque orangey, dark amber with a huge and frothy, lacing off-white head. Molasses and toffee nose. Thin body, low carbonation. Excessively sweet and cloying notes of molasses. No bitterness whatsoever. 190725

0.33 l bottle from 'EDEKA Knudtsen', best before May 2026. Hazy, dark reddish brown with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, fairly bready and minimally fruity aroma of burnt bread crust, grains, some caramel and traces of raisins. Fairly sweet, malty, bready and minimally fruity taste of caramel, burnt sugar, bread crust and light raisins, followed by a short, hardly bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite okay, too bready for my liking.

Aroma er meget sød med smag af malt bolcher og brun farin.Muld fylden er og så med note af caramel og malt.En alt i alt meget sød øl som man ikke behøver at drikke igen.

bereits vor einigen Jahren einmal aus den Bioladen und jetzt wieder aus dem bottleshop.
Es ist natürlich kein Bier und wird auf der Flasche schon als "alkoholfreies Dinkel-Malz-Getränk" bezeichnet wird.
Es erinnert an ein Kwass (Квас), also ein osteuropäisches Malzbier, das man dort auf vielen Ständen vom Fass bekommt.
Es ist etwas weniger süß als die weissrussischen oder ukrainischen Kwass und hat einen intensiveren Geschmack nach Schwarzbrot.
Sicher nichts für Bierliebhaber, aber als süße Erfrischung passt es ganz gut.
