Baltika 3 Classic is a classic lager with a pronounced hop flavor brewed using only 3 ingredients: malt, hops and water. Baltika No. 3 has a well-balanced malt taste with a pleasant hop bitter taste and aroma.
This is an absolute classic with a rich history, high quality and unique taste.
Baltika 3 Classic beer was first launched in 1992 and since the mid-90s, due to its consistently high quality, has been a permanent winner of Russian and international awards. The variety has more than 30 of them. In 2018, Baltika 3 Classic received the silver medal of the prestigious British International Beer Challenge in the «Pilsner» category.

very pale golden, cloudy, large head; too pale and almost colorless, actually. skunky smell, nothing appealing here. not much of a taste... just a bitter and skunky aftertaste.. very boring. very very very very very very very thin in the mouthfeel Not gonna bother drinking this one again.

This lager poured a light yellow colour with a rocky white head. Sulfur and a skunk's ass were preasant in the aroma. Some grain notes. The initial taste of this lager had cinnamon flavours. It was nicely carbonated. It had a pretty clean finish with more cinnamon flavours. Palate was watery/dry and just dropped off. Not the worst thing I've had. At least it didn't taste like it initially smelt.

A light yellow beer with a fine head - though quite fast disappearing. The aroma is sour - as if it has been brewed on brewing cereal - but that's not what the label says. The flavor too is sour, though with an OK sweetness - but then it ends on an bad dry bitter note. All in all a bad beer.

Rerate, 500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.8%. Crystal clear pale yellow colour, fizzy white head. Very moderate aroma, some pilsener malts and a weak fruitiness. Very light bodied, relatively dry, very moderate bitterness. Cold, refreshing and easy drinking, but boring.
