Named after our daughter Millie George, a definite blonde with attitude! A refreshing ale with a mellow bitterness. Brewed using English Maris Otter barley and flavoured with a fruity hop. A real thirst quencher.

Cask at Wellington, Brum. Opaque dark gold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Aroma has twigs, leaves and malts. Flavourwise there a light if tangy citrus streak and an almost saline element. Underlying light malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Boring.
