It is a regular lager but I think that the Ojusko is better, a bit watery, malt, hop but it is a bit boring, finding this beer at the coop, Prélaz, tasting it once when we were living in Prélaz.

Clear golden pour with a white head that does not last too long. Aromas of grain, malt, cardboard and the slightest hint of lemon. Taste is mainly grain and bread. Fairly average.

Clear golden with a creamy head. Cardboard, metal, malt, corn. Metallic bitterness, some malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry metallic malty papery finish. Not good.

Old rating from Sep 2014. A 330ml bottle my wife got me in Croatia. Pours amber with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of corn, sweet malt & hints of citrus. Medium carbonation. Light malty finish. Average.

The macro beer of Croatia it appears. I purchased a 500 ml can at a kiosk leaving old town in Split and walking back to our ship a few weeks ago. The can is cooled down as is the glass I’m using. The appearance is a crystal clear light gold body completed by a steady head of absolutely white foam. Not a lot of scent as in none I can discern. Taking a drink, my first positive impression is the mouthfeel, rather full for a lager. The taste, well, no surprises this time. Some corn, a bit of citrus, the head stays steady and the beer is still cold. An average beer in an average style and I right now am not complaining.

0.5 l can in Croatia & on tap in Sopron, Hungary. Nothing outstanding, in any way, what’s more, the tapped one was even more disappointing. I wouldn’t consider it cheap for its ordinariness.
