Cask at Bree Louise, London. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of butterscotch, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Cask at The Harp off Trafalgar Sq. Pours dark amber with a creamy off-white head. Light citrus? aroma. Flavor is very nice ripe light stone fruit with a touch of citric bitter. It’s just excellently fruity.

Cask på Bree Louise, Euston 28 Sep 10. Rødbrun. Lavt stabilt svakt farget skum. Lovende fruktig aroma. Smaken er litt søt. Karamell. Forsiktig fruktig ettersmak med antydning til bitterhet.

(Cask at Pineapple, London) A fruity and hoppy bitter. That’s something you seldom get. I liked this beer. The fruitiness and maltiness were nicely balanced and bitterness wiped both flavours away quite nicely. Bitterness didn’t last too long so the next sip brought all the other flavours back again.
