Unfiltered, top-fermented beer with sour cherry juice, brewed with one variety of malt and wheat, and two breeds of hops. With a finishing touch of spices including coriander and orange peel. It is a sweet fruit beer with a lemony sour touch that doesn’t renounce the true beer flavour.

Belgian tap beer unsurprisingly at Belgian Monk in Norwich with its noticeably church heavy city centre. Slightly pinkish-red with a light purple head. Easy strength with a fair amount of cherry available in both aroma and taste.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is sweet artificial cherry candy, sugar, and marzipan. Flavour is heavy sugary sweetness and light tart. Body is medium. Way too artificial and sugary, not to my liking at all.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Light malty and hoppy roma. Cherry notes. Light bitter powerful cherry flavor. Average finish. Oily palate.

Draft pour at the The Belgian Brewers' Bash in Washington DC. Poured a very vibrant red color with a medium-small white head. Aroma was light acidic cherries, pleasant and very easy to drink. Pleasant stuff!

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a tumbler. Clear red colour, tall creamy pinkish head, slowly dissipating, good lacing. Aroma cherries, strawberry jam, bubblegum, touch of wood. Taste light heavy sweet and slightly sourish, cherries, bubblegum, sugar syrup. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation, sweet sugary aftertaste, artificial impression but not too, quite quaffable, okay.
