Unfiltered, top-fermented beer with sour cherry juice, brewed with one variety of malt and wheat, and two breeds of hops. With a finishing touch of spices including coriander and orange peel. It is a sweet fruit beer with a lemony sour touch that doesn’t renounce the true beer flavour.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy dark pink with big light pink head. Massive sweet cherries and loads of marzipan, some sweet dough and light herbs. Very sweet. Medium bodied. Wow this is sweet...

T: syrupy cherries, candy, very sweet, with hint of sourness and bitterness, jam sweet cherries aftertaste, medium body, more than moderate carbonation, not my style, 0,33l bottle from Beer Mania in Brussels.

Draught @ Rattle&Hum. Dark red with small foamy whitish head, sharp cherry liqeur aroma, sweet cherry taste over caramel background, long sweetish finish. Nice except for the medicinal feeling of its aroma.

Very fruity. I don’t get the artificial flavors so strongly as some. Pours pink with foamy head and lacing. Light tang in finish but very sweet. I’ve had a lot of fruit beers worse than this. Bottle.

330ml Bottle - Pinky red in colour. Cherries (tastes artificial) and almonds dominate in both the aroma and the very sweet taste. Refreshing but a bit too sweet to drink more than a bottle of.

Another top fermented sweet cherry beer, since 2005. Moussy, dense, sticky, pinkish to pale lilac head, cherry red colour with a somewhat amber hue, misty. Aroma dominated by a candy-like cherry sweetness (strawberry icecream, red candy), with a lemony sourish touch and some faint caramelly malts. Sourishly sweet, lemonade-like onset with strong carbo, releasing a glimpse of sweetish malts but quickly losing itself in a thick, syrupy, grenadine- and jam-like, cloying sweetness, which is the last thing happening in the palate. I basically bought this for rating purposes, I guess I’ll never like sweet fruit beers anyway. But I did have worse than this, even.
