L’impatto aromatico garantito dall’abbondante luppolatura, che proviene da celebri e selezionate varietà nobili del sud della Germania e dalla Pacific West Coast americana, fa sicuramente da padrone in questa specialità, ispirata allo stile forse più popolare nel panorama della birra artigianale. La gradazione alcolica medio-alta non ne compromette la beva, per garantire un I.P.A. calda ed avvongente ma al contempo facile ed appagante.

Old rating from 22-10-15 - 330ml bottle, brought back from Lucca by a friend for my home collection, which just turns out to be my 1000th different bottle. Pours a deep orange colour with a creamy yellow head. Aromas of fruits including mango & passion fruit. Tastes has a good malt and resin balance with good floral and grassy hops and notes of mango, passion fruit & pineapple, leading to a rustic dry fruit finish with a aftertaste of fruit hops. Overall a very nice IPA

Bottle: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity, citrus, grapefruit. Taste is bitter hops forward, citrus, grapefruit, tropical.

On tap at Beer Time On Tap, Roma. Cloudy golden, white head. Ripe tropical fruit, apricot, sweetish, low carbonation. Medium bodied.

Draught @ Ma Che Siete Venuti A Fà, Rome. Pours hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of hops, citrus and yeast, with fruity notes. Bitter, hoppy and citric flavour with sweetish notes of fruit and yeast and some malty touches. Bittter and estery flvour with fruity hints. Well-balanced and quite enjoyable.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours transparent gold with very fine white foam. Aroma is tropical fruits and resinous, also white-pulp fruit. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is predominantly bitter, but with good sweetness behind. Finish is average.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Dorata intensa, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori di frutta tropicale e note erbacee, spezie. In bocca è ben equilibrata, l'amaro non spinge troppo bilanciando il tutto in maniera egregia, ottima la beva. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto ben fatta.
