Pours cmear amber with a slight red glow. Small layer of foam stays surprisingly long. Scent is strongly tart, strawberry, tad acetic, wood, less cherry forward. Taste is full, very tart (acidic, slightly acetic) and very dry. Strong wood presence (bit of a bite) mild velpon like aroma. Strawberry takes the lead in terms of fruit, but is lower than anticipated (at this point, might be due to age) Cherry seems hidden but delivers some pit-aroma (marzepan/almond touch) Light body with medium high carbo. Ends dry, puckering, and tart. Overall a very decent beer at this point in time, I prefered the one I had fresh though.

Bouteille 75cl, Bottled 30/07/2019, BB 26/10/2039 partagée avec Thomas, dégustée à Gualta.
Couleur ambre, col blanc-cassé peu tenace.
Arôme donne dès ouverture de fins effluves de fraises - intensité correcte après qcq temps, le côté fraise fermentée ressort plus en rétro nasal avec une cerise qui tend à reprendre le dessus. Le tout garde un nez orienté sur le funk - lambic.
Palais est frais bien fruité avec une belle présence de la fraise qui même à 75% se voit un peu mise en retrait par l'apport acidulé des griottes. Fini léger funk, finement acidulé/citrique, pointe sur les céréales.

Fantastic sour-fruity beginning. Mild sourish, fruity fresh strawberries with hints of cherries in the back. Mild fruity, sourish deep with a fantastic strawberry finish. Great!

75cl bottle. Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A slightly hazy purple red beer, no head. Aroma of sour strawberries, lactic fruits, some cherries. Taste of intense sour strawberries, yeast, lactic berries, some cherries, vineous. Great!

Bottle, 750 ml, (season 20|21) Blend No. 7, shared with kajser27 and Miro B. Hazy dark red, small white head. Cherries, berries, nice fruitness, moderate sourness. Good one.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Murky amber-red. Fermented overripe strawberry, a bit medicinal, funk, cherry, sour, jammy, a bit lemony, medium-bodied, rounded.

750ml (thx, Max C.) @ Sales Force. Assemblage #98. Appearance: murky copper with a white head. Aroma: nice funk with lots of sugared strawberries, lots of cherries. Taste: along the same lines with strawberries dominating, moderately to highly acidic. Overall: it is probably amazing for those who got used to the acidity of 3F fruit beers, but I believe I wouldn't enjoy more than 3-4oz of it.

Dirty red brown with a small beige head. Soured strawberry and some pits. Soured funky petroleum notes with a long strawberry finish. Nice.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque rusted dark red with a small off-white head. Aroma is wonderfully funky, with lots of strawberry and cherry, some jammines, and a touch of oak. Flavour is funky and fruity, with lots of tart, jammy strawberry upfront, accentuated with a bit of cherry pit, and plenty of oak. It still has that signature 3F funk beneath the delicious fruit. The strawberry works well with the cherry. Very nice.
