Pours an unclear, dark amber like orange. Medium sized, creamy, fast fading head. Scent is funky, mildly acetic, to a point. Strong strawberry aroma. funkty, woody, lambic still very recognizable. Taste is strong, tart, acidic, very slightly acetic. Very dry ending. Fruityness isn't over the top, but strawberrys are clearly recognizable. Medium high carbo. Medium to medium thin body. I like it, perhaps a touch to acetic though. Cherry's are hidden, but provide a bit more depth. Think I still prefer the strawberry only versions, but it's not a punishment to get to drink this either :) Late finish even has some sweetness by the strawberry, though the beer isn't sweet, obviously.

Poured from a 750 ml 2018 / 2019 vintage, blend #101 bottle dated August 13, 2019. Aroma is very fruit forward with moderately strong cherry notes and much lighter strawberry character. Cherry has tannins and a bit of cinnamon note to it. Light earthy, herbal, grassy funk and hints of lemon. Faint grain and oak notes. Pours a dark, purplish red with a medium sized, thin, frothy, slightly pink head that recedes quickly to the edges and disappears. Flavor is somewhat sweet with moderate acidity that's slightly sharp. Light malt and wheat notes and medium low bitterness with hints of alcohol. Lots of cherry flavor with, skins and tannins as well. Light strawberry and cinnamon notes. Light herbal, earthy, musty notes with hints of lemon. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid beer and possibly my favorite of their recent strawberry offerings (mostly because the cherry is really nice in this one). The acidity is a bit sharp, but it's not too bad.

Bottle from 3F online shoppe. It pours clear deep red - purple bubbly off-white cap. The aroma is juicy and jammy, big sour cherry upfront, almond, bakewell tart, zingy, wild strawberry then comes into play, funk, oak, barnyard, victoria sponge cake and fizzy cherry cola bottles. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangy, zingy, bright, nip of acidity which dissipates, juicy sour cherry, strawberry, jammy, strawberry smoothie, fizzy cherry sour candy, sherbet, bakewell tart, victoria sponge cake, almond, oak and light tannin with a juicy tangy red berry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Lovely sour fruit action. Comes together well.

75cl bottle @ Chez Sophie. Aroma of salty ham crisps, expected clearer strawberry / cherry definition, bristling lambic fizzing underneath. Can't help feeling things didn't quite go to plan with this.
