After brewing and fermentation, CH’TI beers is kept for long weeks in storage tanks. In the calm and cool (0°C) environment, the beer matures, develops a finer taste, perfects its aroma and acquires its natural and characteristic sparkles. It is here also that the beer obtains its balance, finesse and gleam. The Blonde is brewed since 1979.

Served from Perfect Draft.
Large creamy white head on vivid golden coloured body.
Floral, perfume & biscuit aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth with a lively sticky back.
Light malt, biscuit, yeasty, peppery & sweet citrus tastes with a tangy finish.

75 cl bottle. One more pleasant Bier de Garde.Golden colour. Spices ,malt some citrus.Refreshing

Old rating from 2017 - 330ml bottle brought back from France. Pours amber with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of light fruits, bread, caramel, grass, toast, spice & yeast. Moderate body. Dry light bitter finish

16/04/20 Aromat niewyraźny słodowy, trochę tostowe Złociste biała piana utrzymująca się długo klarowne Smak słodowy z trochę tostowym charakterem. Nie za słodkie później wytrawne nawet trochę. Nagazowanie wysokie, ciało średnie, gładkie nie jest mdłe, finisz gorzki chmielowy może trochę alkoholowy Ogólnie piwo jest do wypicia nie ma tam nic jednak ciekawego.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear gold, small tight white top, lacing. Aroma is malty, yeast, floral and herbal hopping. Taste of caramel, a touch of banana loaf, spice and herbal bitter notes. Medium body, soft carbonation, drying. Unremarkable in some ways but has a nice moreish malt quality.

6,8% ABV. Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

In de tuin in Plouha uit een flesje, gekocht bij Carrefour. Helder goudgeel, wit schuim. Na een mooie wandeling, deel GR34, verfrissend. Licht zoet aroma. Smaak ook lichte caramel, fris edoch steviger dan een ale. Prima.
