Elle possède une robe jaune brumeuse coiffée d'une fine mousse blanche duveteuse, qui libère des arômes d'esters fruités et de phénol pour des notes de banane, de houblon, de pain aux céréales, d'herbes, de poivre et de clou de girofle.
En bouche, c'est puissant, avec des saveurs d'alcool, d'agrumes et de clou de girofle. Elle possède une texture huileuse et une carbonatation modérée pour une finale sèche et délicatement amère.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dallo speziato e sensazioni di vegetazione. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta, con schiuma abbondante. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di perlage dalle bollicine medio-fini e spinte da una velocità di ascesa morbida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, agrumi e frutta passita.

--Bottled. -- Hazy golden, rich head. Aroma of marzipan, citrus and hay. Dry with medium to full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Hay, marzipan, citrus and bread. Peppery warming finish. Elegant, taaty.

Bottle picked up from Saveur-Biere webshop, Lille, France Mainburg and consumed at home Sunday 17th January 2021 after a mammoth cleaning snow off of the drive, now listening to Billy NoMates self titled album, cooking lots of Mexican food. Pours hazy mid amber with a white head, sweetness, actually a little too much. Soft mouthfeel, a little candi sugar. It's fine but for De Ranke only ok.

Bottled. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw and fruit, leading to a dry finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange. Small white head. Aroma is estery and fruity. Bitter. Fruity. Toasted. Bitter and herbal finish.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Clear golden colour with a fluffy white head. Clear golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with fruits, grasses and floral hops. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Sweet finish.

Bière brassée pour Saveur Bière, De Ranke a fait ici le strict minimum avec une bière peu raffinée et stéréotypée. Pas certain que cela lui fasse de la publicité. En verre, nous sommes sur un blond orangé, de fines bulles et une mousse blanc cassé de 3 mm. Le nez est principalement sur la levure et le malt avec arômes de banane, pain, pomme, poire et coriandre. A la dégustation 3 impressions dominent : la douceur, les épices bien présentes et un alcool faisant plus que ses 8 %. Ce dernier est d'ailleurs agressif à l'attaque sur un ensemble manquant totalement de finesse. On retrouve les arômes du nez mais avec des épices beaucoup plus présentes. La deuxième est légèrement plus houblonnée, mais sans que cela n'ait rien de solaire. L'alcool, costaud, prend ses aises en arrière-bouche. Le final, sobre, est sur un duo malt/houblon plus équilibré. Corpulence et longueur sont honnêtes. Décevant.

Fles gedeelt met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel oranje bruin bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat kruidige geur. De smaak is vol, kruidig, kruidnagel.
