Geur: De hoppige aroma's van het bier hebben we te danken aan de dry-hopping. Een methode waar de Citra en Mosiac hoppen in koude lagering worden toegevoegd.
Smaak: Naast de hoppen die toegevoegd worden in de koude lagering. Gebruikt onze brouwer nog 3 andere hoppen in de brouwketels. Dit licht hoppig biertje is de perfecte dorstlesser.

Bottle at home. Clear pale yellow, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, sharp hayish, herbal a bit with weird citruspeel notes and a hint of lime. Very bizarre actually. Not my kind of flavor. Average texture, decent carbonation. Meh not my thing.

Color amarillo pajizo, turbia, corona blanca de espuma tupida y bien conservada. Aroma intenso a levadura, granero, trigo, heno, especias. Sensación en boca acorde a su perfil aromático, toques cítricos, amargor muy equilibrado, agradable, me gusta.

330ml can. Pours a hazy blonde with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Aroma of bready wheat malt, lemon, pineapple, mango, Belgian yeast and spicy hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, lemon peel, pineapple, apricot, mango, Belgian yeast, floral and herbal hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Just ok.

Pajiza turbia de muy abundante espuma muy duradera. Aroma lácteo, notas cítricas. No muy agradable. En boca mejora. Cualidades de witbier, cualidades de IPA. Punzante de gas, base malteada de trigo, predominio lupulado claro, fruta tropical, mango y piña. toques ligeramente ácidos.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, fluffy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Citrusy fruity, hoppy and funky, yeasty aroma, pale malty background, hints of lemon, some quince, lemon peel, mild funk. Taste is dry, yeasty funky and slightly citrusy fruity hoppy, hints of lemon, quince, a touch of wood pineapple, some funk.
Slightly oily texture, smooth, minimally greasy, simultaneously dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Fairly hoppy, quite funky - OK.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is grassy hop, citrus, light pale malt, floral notes. Slight herbal nuances. Medium bitter flavour, finishes a bit dry. Medium body. Quenching, pretty decent.
